Superintendent Ryan Walters is suing

A parents complaint to a national group has produced a lawsuit by State Superintendent Ryan Walters. The suit seeks to block the Freedom from Religion Foundation from taking any legal action against Achille public schools. A parent complained to the group that bible verses were being read in history class that had nothing to do with the material being taught.
