Even though he knew the Attorney General would not be there, Governor Kevin Stitt went ahead and held another do nothing meeting of the Contingency Review Board. Stitt went on to say the Attorney General now tells us the meeting is still premature and I'm not sure what to make of those inconsistencies. The meeting continued for over 30 minutes longer as members of the board expressed their disagreement over a proposed settlement of a lawsuit the state is likely to lose.
