State School Board Will Have TO Do The Right Thing

A Cleveland County Judge has found that a rule made by the state School Board involving the pronouns used in school records is valid and enforceable. But the judge held the rule is still null and void because the due process  rights of the student who sought to have their pronouns changed were violated.
