State Representative Pushes Study on Water Consumption

An interim study of the way Oklahoma uses water from its aquifers and the impact of that use will be conducted next week.

State Representative Carl Newton says he wants to study how much water has been consumed and how it has been used. Newton said he is hopeful the study will help determine the best practices to conserve water.
