State Department of Education is Sitting On $250K

The state Education Department is being told by the Attorney General, do what the legislature told you to do and stop endangering school children with asthma. General Gentner Drummond issued a letter to the agency telling them  to consult the office of management on basic purchasing procedures for emergency asthma inhalers. The state agency has been sitting on 250-thousand dollars for over a year to pay for the medicine.
