Tired of lousy service when it comes to getting a driver’s license? You are not alone. Now, the agency in charge is scrambling to find a solution.

Claiming it would cure their problems, lawmakers created Service Oklahoma last year. Now the agency is offering more promises as a new vendor will roll out a new computer system next year.
