The U.S. Supreme Court has decided it will review Oklahoma’s lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency over Ozone regulations. The court earlier refused to block implementation of EPA’s rules but has now agreed to look at the case. At issue is the EPA’s refusal of Oklahoma’s plan to reduce Ozone levels in favor of the federal agencies own plan.
