The state School Board will be asked later this month to take action against a teacher. Oklahoma Superintendent of Schools Ryan Walters has a new target. This time, he wants an emergency suspension of a teacher certificate in the Western Heights school district after an online group Oklahoma Predator Prevention, released a video of a male teacher having an alleged inappropriate talk with a teenage boy.
