Ryan Harber Arrested For Woodward Beating

A follow up to a brutal beating on the streets of Woodward.  Police have arrested 26-year-old Ryan Harber for his alleged role in the beating of 34-year-old Matt Babcock.  His eye sockets were broken and he suffered from brain bleeding.  Harber is charged with assault and battery and if convicted, he could face an enhanced sentence of up to 10 years because he had a previous felony conviction.
