Rogers State University wins Top Award

Rogers State University in Claremore has named a Liberty University dean Don Raleigh as its third president since becoming a four-year institution a quarter-century ago. Raleigh is scheduled to begin at Rogers State on June 1. Raleigh was the Pryor district’s superintendent for 13 years, ending in 2021.
