recreational cannabis petition drive will begin

Here comes the new petitions to put an issue on a statewide ballot.  The Secretary of state gives the green light to the drive to put recreational cannabis use to another vote of the people, if the backers of the effort collect nearly 173-thousand valid signatures.  The effort has 90 days to gather those signatures. to get the measure on next year’s ballot.
