police arrest a suspect in burning of a homeless couple.

Oklahoma City Police have arrested a suspect accused of setting two sleeping homeless people on fire.  70-year-old Michael Madison is facing several charges including 1st degree Arson.  The woman who was burned remains in critical condition.  The man also received serious burns that may cost him a limb.
