Plans to build a hydropower plant halted

Plans to build a hydropower plant along the Kiamichi River were halted this week when the Federal Regulatory Commission denied a revised plan by Southeast Oklahoma Power Corporation, saying the company failed to answer key questions. The company has 30 days to refile.
