National Pothole Day is Wednesday and OKC residents can participate. To report a pothole, email action center at okc dot gov, text 405-252-1053 or call 405-297-2535. The term "pothole" comes from the Roman Empire, when potters would break open road surfaces to access the clay underneath for pottery.
