An investigation into Owasso Public Schools by the U.S. Department of Education’s Civil rights division finds the school district dealt with sexual harassment informally and inadequately if at all. The agency investigated after the death of 16-year-old Nex Benedict. The school district has agreed to major changes in how such cases are dealt with in the future.
