The number of children who started school unvaccinated this year is higher now than the year before. Nearly 3-thousand Oklahoma kindergartners are now in classes without protection from numerous illnesses. Parents opposed to vaccines can fill out a form citing various reasons for their children to not be vaccinated. Whooping cough continues to spread nationwide especially among small children with over 260 cases already active in Oklahoma.
