A deputy Oklahoma Attorney General called the allegations defamatory and incorrect. But an Administrative law judge at the Corporation Commission has put an ONG rate case on hold for two weeks after a state lawmaker called the hearing tainted and unlawful. The objection stems from allegations against Commissioner Todd Hiett.
