The federal government is citing an Oklahoma state agency for violating the law that protects people with disabilities.
Service Oklahoma has a mobile ID app that allows people to store identification information on their smartphones, but the app is not easy to use for those who are sight-impaired. This shortcoming captured the attention of the U.S. Justice Department, which has found the agency that issues driver's licenses and ID cards is violating the Americans with Disabilities Act.
