A group of Oklahoma legislators is asking the courts to take another look at what they are calling key new evidence in the case of convicted killer, Phillip Hancock. He is scheduled for execution next month. State Representative Kevin McDugle believes Hancock’s claim of self-defense in the 2001 double homicide.


The courts decided Hancock was guilty of killing Robert Jett and James Lynch in 2001.
