Okla's only woman on death row gets a big break

Dubbed the black widow, Brenda Andrew the only woman on Oklahoma’s death row, will get a new hearing before a federal appeals court. The U.S. Supreme Court threw out the lower court’s ruling upholding her death sentence, questioning the use by prosecutors of Andrews sexual history during her trial. She conspired with her lover to kill her estranged husband Rob Andrew in 2001.
