OkC National Memorial & Museum issues apology

The Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum says it will do better next time after several survivors and family members were turned away from Saturday’s ceremony because of it moving indoors due to weather. The memorial apologized say it would never knowingly cause pain to those who have already suffered so much.
