Norman City Leaders Move Forward on Plans for Billion-Dollar Entertainment District

Norman city leaders are finally moving forward on plans for a one-billion-dollar entertainment district.

Visit Norman President and CEO Dan Schemm says it is going to be a mixed-use development.

“An entertainment district, a performance venue, hotel, and hospitality space…,” Schemm said.

Schemm said it will include residential housing and should be completed in the next few years.
