muskogee annexation not welcomed

Muskogee City Council votes to annex land that moves a data mining and storage company under city jurisdiction and approves a three percent city tax. Polaris Technologies wasted no time in responding, saying that the vote violates previous understandings with local officials. Muskogee officials claim the annexation effort has been planned for more than a decade, well before Polaris moved their operation to the current site.
