The Oklahoma Multi-County Grand Jury has indicted two Tulsa County residents and another individual in an alleged conspiracy to defraud the state involving illegal marijuana operations. Prosecutors allege 34-year-old Kody Sumter recruited Oklahoma residents to serve as “straw owners” on registrations of medical marijuana grow businesses. The grand jury also indicted 35-year-old Michael Dudek and 34-year-old Dengfeng Huang for knowingly providing fraudulent documentation to obtain medical marijuana licensing and registration.
