Man arrested for allegedly shooting Two teens

While Oklahoman’s won’t get to vote on a state question to raise the minimum wage in November, they will decide two other state questions put on the ballot by the legislature.  State Question 833 would let cities and towns create public infrastructure districts.  And while it is already illegal for non-citizens to vote State question 834  would enshrine that in the state constitution.
