state revenue projections may doom tax cut

Lawmakers on both sides of the political isle are expressing doubt that a further cut in income taxes is a good idea. Legislators are looking at over 300-million dollars less to finance state government compared to a year ago.  That plus calls for more tax cuts and increased spending in politically favored areas has legislators casting doubt on any plan to cut the states largest source of income.
