Longtime Radio Anchor Michael Deans Has Died

His distinctive delivery and positive outlook on being on the air will be missed. Former Oklahoma radio broadcaster Michael Dean has died at the age of 77. Dean started his career at age 14 at KBEL in Idabel and went to Oklahoma State University to run the student radio station. Michael was a Marine and spent 30 years producing OU Football and Basketball games. He also anchored morning news here at the Radio Oklahoma Network for 10 years.
