Justin Humphrey Asks Gentner Drummond to Look into Collection of Probation Fees

An Oklahoma legislator is asking the attorney general to check into probation fees collected by district attorneys. 

Republican State Representative Justin Humphrey says he is making the request after investigating the process. Humphrey says he found some issues that appear “very worrisome and possibly illegal.”
