The days of scam artists using robocalls to bilk millions of Americans may finally be coming to an end. Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond and 46 other Attorneys General have been pressuring the FCC to act. New rules are being considered to close loopholes and better enforce previous attempts by the Federal agency.
