State highways are still slick. Troopers and Sheriff Deputies spent the morning responding to dozens of accidents that occurred when drivers encountered black ice. At one point Interstate 40 near El Reno and Clinton was shut down due to the wicked weather conditions. OHP’s best advice, slow down and keep plenty of space between you and the next car.
