High-Tech Hall Passes Are Keeping Kids In Class

Roaming school hallways or hanging out in the bathroom is being made far more difficult thanks to a high-tech hall pass.  Over 20 Oklahoma schools are already using the SmartPass to limit students abilities to gather somewhere when they should be in class.
