Pratt, a member of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes, spent 45 years with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, serving as an investigator, forensic artist, and division director, according to Oklahoma State Senate resolution details.
He passed away in December 2025 at the age of 84.
