frank lucas wins and talks about tasks ahead

A familiar face will return to Washington.  Third District Congressman Frank Lucas received over 73 percent support in the Republican primary.  The biggest priority for Lucas deals with agriculture, specifically passing a Farm Bill. Lucas adds protecting Oklahoma’s military bases in Altus, Lawton, Enid, and Midwest City is also a priority.
