Epic Charter Schools will be audited

Triggered by financial concerns, Epic Charter Schools will be audited. That announcement from the state charter school board, who will hire an accounting firm to perform the audit. Last month Epic announced it was reorganizing its Oklahoma schools, resulting in 357 people losing their jobs. There is a real concern over Epic’s long-term financial stability.
