Election Officials received a suspicious envelope

Election officials in at least 6 states received suspicious packages Monday, including Oklahoma. The State Election Board received a suspicious envelope containing a multi-page document and a white substance later determined to be flour. The scare comes as early voting has begun ahead of the Presidential Election causing disruption in an already a tense voting season.
