East Coast Thieves Are Stealing Snap Benefits

Oklahomans are still losing food stamp benefits to thieves in New York City.  Funds to replace the loss benefit run out the end if this month.  State officials urge Snap recipients to use complicated pin numbers and use the ConnectEBT app.  You can lock your card until you need to use it, and then relock when you are done.
