Duncan Mayor Wants Water Audit

Duncan’s Mayor voicing confidence in the city’s water meter system.  Robert Armstrong says the city has replaced many outdated meters with newer smart meters. He adds of the bills brought to his attention so far have generally been accurate.  The mayor has requested an audit of the water meters to offer complete transparency.
