Downtown Tulsa adopts curfew to curb violence

Seeing a violent trend in downtown Tulsa involving groups of roaming teenagers, Tulsa City leaders have approved a new curfew order.  Anyone under the age of 18 and not accompanied by an adult must be off downtown streets by 9pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  Other days the curfew begins at 11pm.  The change is part of a larger effort to begin addressing the use of firearms by minors that have cost lives and left many people injured.
