Devon Energy purchases Grayson Mill Energy

Devon Energy has completed its purchase of Grayson Mill Energy, adding 307-thousand acres to its Williston Basin Portfolio.  It’s a 5-billion-dollar transaction. The move establishes Devon as one of the largest natural gas producers in the United States.
