creation of taxpayer supported religious virtual charter school is cancelled.

For now, approval for creation of the nation’s first tax supported religious virtual charter school is cancelled.  The Statewide Charter School Board approved a motion to follow a nearly 2-month-old order from the State Supreme Court.  Board member Damon Gardenhire. The decision includes a clause that puts the panels approval of the school back in place should the state courts decision be over-ruled on appeal.
