court rejects third attempt to remove judge

A basic preliminary hearing has been on hold since March. An example of how long the trial of three men in the Epic charter school embezzlement scandal has gone with little actual prosecution. The latest delay was resolved as an appeals court rejected the third attempt to remove the judge in the case and it can’t be attempted again.
