The virtual charter school board discusses hiring an attorney in preparation for legal action over the approval of the Catholic charter school. The Attorney General’s office doesn’t think the new board member, Brian Bobek, should have voted on the matter. Board Chair Dr. Robert Franklin speaks on the issue.
“… I wish I had the authority to simply say, ‘that should be vacated,’” Franklin said.
The Attorney General’s office has promised to take legal action if the school’s application moves forward.
