Congressman Lucas Emphasizes Farm Bill Policy that Will Last the Test of Time

Oklahoma Congressman Frank Lucas would like to see a Farm Bill passed sooner rather than issuing an extension. The old farm bill expired on September 30th. Lucas says the work was delayed while the House was without a speaker in place.

Lucas says he wants Congress to pass a good bill rather than move too quickly and spend too much time fixing the mistakes.
