bullets fly -- the standoff is over!

The standoff between Oklahoma City Police and an armed suspect who shot a police officer, is over.  After hours of negotiations as the armed suspect held two women and three children hostage, ended in a hail of gunfire.  The armed suspect was shot and killed by a police sniper. The women and children are safe, and the officer is recovering from his injury.  Names and details on the officer's condition have not yet been made public.
