Brown Water In Konawa

Don’t drink the water in Konawa.  It comes out of the facet a brown color and the problem is not new.  Sometimes the water does come out clear but then it smells like bleach.  The city blames the issues on old infrastructure and without grants well into the millions of dollars, full repairs aren’t possible.
