Arrested Vance Luther Boelter has Oklahoma Ties

A search of records has found that 57-year-old Vance Luther Boelter, accused of targeted attacks on two Minnesota legislators and their wives, once lived in Oklahoma.  In 2004, addresses outside of Muldrow in Sequoyah county list Boelter and his wife Jenny as living near the community in a rural area.  Other reports claim at the time he was a registered republican voter, but public records to confirm that are no longer available. Where Boelter worked at the time is not clear.
