The first Republican state legislator calls for the resignation of Oklahoma Corporation Commissioner Todd Hiett. State Representative J.J. Humphrey tells Fox 23 in Tulsa there are talks happening at the state capitol about forming a panel to investigate the possible impeachment of Hiett if he does not voluntarily leave his position. Humphrey adds Hiett knows what he’s done and has admitted to one incident of being drunk and groping someone at a convention. He adds resigning is the right thing to do.
