A newly elected state lawmaker says he is working on a bill to give adjacent land owners and communities more power to block wind farms. Rep. Jim Shaw of Chandler says he is looking for an effective way to give resident of Lincoln county want they want. A 15-thousand acres wind farm project is already underway in the county.
