A massive upgrade is planned for Oklahoma Prisons

Plans are now underway to make a massive, systemwide security upgrade to improve the safety of Oklahoma’s prisons. The project is expected to take years to finish and will cost multiple millions of dollars. Once the final figures are determined, a plan is headed to the legislature.
