A Bill Could Reduce Public School Lunch Debt

The number of Oklahoma public school students on the free or reduced-price lunch program would increase substantially under a bill pending in the state Senate. Senator Carri Hicks wants to raise the financial threshold for kids to qualify for the program. That is estimated to add some 150-thousand kids to the program.
